XIV. CAREER OBJECTIVES AND GOALS

Concerning the future career, my dream is to become a Principal of an Affiliated College and turn it
into an Autonomous College. At present, my initial objective is to complete my Ph. D. thesis at the
earliest and then go for the project of doing D. Litt. As a teacher, I would like to begin a movement
called “Alokito Manusher Sandhane” that will try to acquaint the people with World Literature in
order to make them real human beings with love and compassion.
